As a Lawn Care and Holiday Design Sales Consultant , you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives in the Turf/Lawn and Holiday Design market, while developing customer business relationships that create long term value for Rainbow Lawncare and Holiday Design, as well as our customers. You will also be responsible for implementation and execution of field tactical activities that maintain and grow our product portfolio. In addition, you will function as the face of Rainbow Lawncare and Holiday Design for both our residential and commercial relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties
Sales Responsibilities and Client Management:
+ Sell Rainbow Lawncare and Holiday Designís services and products as appropriate to meet sales goals.
+ Build and cultivate strong business relationships with key end users and maintain a working profile of opportunities with each end user
+ Advise clients on all aspects of the health of their lawn, including fertility, weed control, cultural practices, disease, or insect issues.
+ Handle technical inquiries from clients and deal with problems or concerns in regard to service issues in conjunction with management
+ Take responsibility for building sales within a designated territory.
+ Represent the company at trade shows, provide demonstrations, give presentations, etc.
+ Develop a professional and personal skill set that will impact business strategy and growth

Qualifications and Skills:
+ BS in Horticulture/Turfgrass Management (Preferred but not required)
+ 2+ years of agronomic industry experience (ex: Lawn Care & Maintenance and/or Turf & Ornamentals and/or Agricultural Products and/or Related Disciplines)
+ 2+ year(s) of direct sales experience (Turf Superintendent, Lawncare and/or Turf & Ornamental experience will be considered in lieu of direct sales experience)
+ Sales/Marketing experience in Turf/Lawn Management Turf & Ornamentals and/or related markets
+ Formal sales training courses
+ Demonstrated influencing abilities with high levels of performance
+ Account/Territory Management/Planning Experience

The Greener Blade is a full service lawn-care company specializing in the application of granular fertilizer and liquid herbicide products.
Our office and shop is located in Eden Prairie. The Greener Blade is a rapidly growing company currently servicing over a 1500 residential
properties in and around the West metro-Lake Minnetonka community. We provide full service lawn care maintenance to residents ranging
from 10+ Acre estates, to small single family homes. Application of  Fertilizer and herbicide products are the primary focus of this company.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the application of fertilizer and herbicide products is required.

Salary: $40K full-time

Job description: Territory Sales Rep, Inside/Outside Turf Sales

Gertens Wholesale and Professional Turf, the leading supplier to golf course superintendents, sports turf managers, park supervisors, lawn care operators and arborists is looking for a Landscape Turf Inside Sales Representative to grow and expand the business. This ideal candidate will have a background in commercial turf and landscape sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with customers providing excellent customer service through greeting, reporting, and follow-up, regularly.
  • Process inside sales transactions, enter orders, and process paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Develop and communicate customer quotes.
  • Process outgoing and incoming shipments.
  • Operate forklift.
  • Stock product.
  • Maintain a clean store environment.
  • Utilize systems to maintain merchandise and inventory control
  • Provide support to Gertensí sales staff.
  • Perform daily store opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of punctuality and regular attendance.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Specifically; Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Must be able to perform basic math functions and read/comprehend written procedures.
  • Knowledge of turfgrass fertilizers, chemicals, grass seed, and plant health care
  • Must possess strong organization skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Customer service experience, desired.
  • Ability to lift 50-60 lbs., regularly.
  • Ability to become fork lift certified.

Superior Turf Services Inc. is looking for a Warehouse manager/ Sales person.  We are a local distributor of goods in the golf course, sports turf, and lawn care industries. For 19 years, we strive for optimal customer service and support, and demonstrated our commitment to the industry.  In order to grow and take our business to the next level we are looking for a Warehouse manager/ sales person.  This person will play a key role in managing the warehouse, deliveries and when time an opportunity for sales.  Room for advancement within the company.

Job qualifications and Duties:

-Prefer 2-4 yr degree in golf, sports, or landscape related and or knowledge of turf related products.
-Clean driving record

The mission of the Minnesota Turf and Grounds Foundation is to promote the green industry in Minnesota through support of research, education and outreach at the University of Minnesota and elsewhere. The MTGF pursues its mission in various ways. One of these is an annual "Call For Proposals," titled the "MTGF Research Gift Program," whereby researchers, instructors and outreach faculty and staff involved in turf and grounds work may submit requests for unrestricted gifts to support their activities. As a 501(c)(3) corporation, funding approved by the MTGF will not be subjected to overhead or other indirect charges or costs. The dates for submission, review and approval may change on an annual basis as well as the protocol stipulated for the submission of gift requests.
